Kako dolgo traja obdelava mojega naročila?

Menjave & vračila

Prepričani smo, da vam bodo vaši novi Alpine Nation izdelki všeč. Če pa niste popolnoma zadovoljni z nakupom ali pa ste naročili napačno številko, lahko artikle vrnete ali zamenjate roku 30 dni od prejema blaga. Pogoj je, da artikli niso nošeni ali poškodovani, ter da so v originalni embalaži z vsemi pripadajočimi oznakami.

Menjavo ali vračilo izdelka opravite prek Portala za vračila in menjave. 

V kolikor potrebujete pomoč, smo vam vedno na voljo prek emaila info@alpinenation.com, v pogovoru na spletni strani, telefonskem klicu ali prek klepetalnika na spletnih družbenih omrežjih. Med procesom menjave ali vračila, vas bomo o vseh statusih in dodatnih informacijah obveščali prek vašega email naslova, zato, prosimo, spremljajte e-pošto in vsiljeno pošto. 

Edini strošek, ki vas bremeni pri vračilu blaga, je strošek poštnine. Če želite zamenjati izdelek, krijemo stroške pošiljanja nadomestnega izdelka enkrat. Zamenjava izdelka več kot enkrat ni možna. V tem primeru vam vrnemo kupnino in lahko izdelek naročite ponovno.

Vračilo kupnine za vrnjene izdelke bo izvedeno z enako metodo plačila, kot ste jo izbrali pri nakupu. Kupnina bo vrnjena najpozneje v 14 dneh po prejemu vrnjenih izdelkov.
