Shipping policy
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by midnight on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that this is a general guideline. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Preorders are excluded from this timeline.
For orders paid via bank deposit, processing will begin once we have received the full payment.
Should there be any issues with inventory, such as your ordered items not being in stock, we will inform you promptly and offer the option to either change or cancel your order.

Leaving packages in unsecured locations and/or without a signature
While we understand the convenience of requesting that your package be left without a signature and/or in a specific location (e.g., on your porch, in a mailbox, behind a gate), we strongly advise against instructing the courier to leave your delivery unattended in an unsecured area.
If you choose to authorize delivery without a signature or provide specific drop-off instructions, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. In the event that the package is lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered to the specified location, neither the courier service nor Alpine Nation can be held liable for the loss. We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement under these circumstances.
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we recommend selecting a secure delivery option or ensuring that someone is available to receive the package in person.
Local pickups
As of January 1st, 2025, local pickups are no longer available.
At this time, we do not offer the option to collect orders in person. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some of our customers, and we are actively working on a solution to hopefully make local pickups available again in the future.

Your order will be shipped under the terms of Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), ensuring that the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no hidden costs. We will cover any additional taxes and/or duties on your behalf.
Despite being located outside the EU, our aim is to offer you a seamless shopping experience, free from concerns about unexpected charges, allowing you to fully enjoy your purchases.

Customers from other countries (IMPORTANT!):
When you order products for delivery to a country OTHER THAN an EU member state, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges, none of which are included in the item price, shipping cost, or final order amount.
We advise you to consult your country's import regulations to determine any additional charges that may be levied upon delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with these regulations and pay any relevant charges.
If additional costs are incurred at delivery and the buyer fails or refuses to pay them, causing the package to be returned to us, we will subtract the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the package from the total order amount. The balance remaining after these deductions will be refunded.
