The heart of our collection. Sourced from farms that prioritize animal welfare, our merino is nature’s ultimate performance fiber — refined over thousands of years of evolution.

Understanding Micron Count
Micron count measures fiber diameter. Lower = finer = softer. Human hair is ~70 microns. Standard wool is 25–30. Our merino sits at 17.5–18.5 microns — the ultra-fine range that feels like silk against your skin.

Outer Face Fabric + DWR
Durable outer layer with water-repellent finish. First line of defense — water beads up and rolls off before it even reaches the membrane.

Waterproof-Breathable Membrane
The core technology. Microscopic pores are small enough to block water droplets but large enough to let water vapor (sweat) escape. Keeps you dry from both sides.

Inner Lining
Protects the membrane from abrasion and body oils. Provides a comfortable next-to-skin feel and helps wick moisture toward the membrane.

PFAS-Free DWR
Our DWR coatings use PFAS-free (non-fluorocarbon) chemistry. Traditional DWR relies on “forever chemicals” that persist in the environment. Ours deliver the same water-beading performance without the ecological cost.

Sustainable Innovation
Tencel™ / Lyocell
Made from sustainably harvested wood pulp in a closed-loop process that recovers 99% of solvents. Tencel is proof that performance and sustainability go hand in hand.

From forest to fabric
Tencel starts as wood pulp from certified sustainable eucalyptus forests. The cellulose is dissolved and spun into fibers using an organic solvent that’s recycled in a closed loop.

Silky smooth & breathable
The smooth fiber surface feels incredibly soft, reduces bacterial growth, and provides excellent moisture management. Cooler than cotton, softer than silk.

Biodegradable
Unlike synthetic fibers, Tencel is fully biodegradable and compostable. At end of life, it returns to the earth without leaving microplastics behind.

Recycled Materials
Where performance allows, we use recycled fibers to reduce our dependence on virgin materials. Every recycled garment diverts waste from landfills and reduces CO² emissions.

Recycled polyester
Made from post-consumer PET bottles. Melted down, re-spun into high-performance fiber. Same durability and stretch as virgin polyester, fraction of the environmental impact.

Recycled nylon
Sourced from pre-consumer waste and reclaimed materials. Used in our more durable garments where abrasion resistance matters — hiking pants, shells, and reinforced areas.

We’re actively increasing the percentage of recycled content across our line each season. Our goal: every synthetic fabric we use should contain recycled content where technically feasible.
No performance compromise. We only use recycled materials when they match or exceed the performance of their virgin equivalents. You should never have to choose between sustainability and quality.

Fresh Performance
Antibacterial Treatments
Some of our performance fabrics feature antibacterial treatments that actively inhibit odor-causing bacteria — keeping your gear fresher, longer, even during intense activity.

How it works
Silver-ion or zinc-based treatments are applied to the fabric at the fiber level. These ions disrupt bacterial cell walls, preventing the bacteria that cause odor from multiplying on the fabric surface.

Built to last
The treatment is embedded in the fiber, not just coated on top. This means it lasts through dozens of wash cycles without degrading — typically the full lifespan of the garment.

We believe the most sustainable product is the one you don’t have to replace. By choosing the best materials and building things to last, we reduce waste at the source.

Natural fibers first
We prioritize merino wool, Tencel, and other natural/renewable fibers. They biodegrade at end of life and don’t shed microplastics during washing.

No “forever chemicals”
All our DWR coatings are PFAS-free. We refuse to use fluorocarbon-based treatments, even when they offer marginal performance gains. The environment always wins.

Built to last, not to landfill
Durability is sustainability. We over-engineer seams, use reinforced fabrics in high-wear areas, and test extensively. A product that lasts 5 years is worth more than 3 cheap ones.
