How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that this timeline does not apply to preorders.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For most European destinations, you can choose between Standard delivery via GLS or Express delivery via DHL. For orders destined for countries outside Europe, we exclusively offer DHL Express delivery.
For specific delivery timelines, please refer to the information provided below. Keep in mind that the delivery times mentioned are calculated in "business days," excluding weekends and bank holidays.

During our busy season from November 18 to December 8, local pick-ups will be available exclusively on Thursdays: November 21, November 28, and December 5. Please note that during this period, our showroom will be closed, and trying on products will be unavailable until December 8, 2024.

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy (valid between November 12th and December 31st, 2024)
We want to make holiday shopping hassle-free! That’s why we’ve extended our return period for the season. All purchases made between November 12, 2024, and December 31, 2024, qualify for an extended 60-day return or exchange period.
This means you’ll have even more time to ensure your gifts are perfect—or to make adjustments if needed! Our standard conditions for returns still apply.

Return Policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. Our Altitude hiking pants are true to size, so there's no need to size up. The drawcord in the waistband allows regulation - if you prefer a looser fit, you can adjust them in the waist and prevent them from slipping down.

The pants feel soft, warm and flexible. I'm 1.70 and 62 kg and ordered size M because of my strong calves. The pants are a bit too wide in the waist, but thanks to the drawstring they fit. A smaller size would be too tight around my calves. The pockets are quite handy and perfect to hold your phone. And the zippers make them fit with all type of shoes.

One of the more comfortable hiking pants I have. The high waist keeps it tight so that the pants don't fall down. The deep pockets serve the purpose very well so that stored things do not get in the way when walking.

I think they are best pants I ever bought for hiking :)
The pants are extremely stretchy and comfortable. They are a great fit, fit over hiking boots or cross skiing shoes easily. When sweating they do not get uncomfortably wet but rather stay dry. The invisible pockets are great for storing your phone or car keys.
Love thesse pants! True to size, fits like a glove. The comfort of leggings at the top and flexibility of hiking pants at the bottom with zippers allowing for tall hiking boots. Stretchy enough for a thermo legging underneath, but sturdy enough to not become sagging. Keeps the wind at bay. Does not take much room when packing an keeps it shape after washing. The deep pockets are great and well placed in that a phone sits comfortably and does not interfere when hiking. The seams are well placed and are not abrasive when moving. The waist height is perfect for me, does not roll down and no need to pull up during hiking. They are also very comfortable practising critical alignment yoga, zippers are not in the way.
I hope the pants will come in different colours in the future. I would love a pair in nature shades like moss green tan or deep brown.
