How long does it take to process my order?

How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For most European destinations, you can choose between Standard delivery via GLS or Express delivery via DHL. For orders destined for countries outside Europe, we exclusively offer DHL Express delivery.
For specific delivery timelines, please refer to the information provided below. Keep in mind that the delivery times mentioned are calculated in "business days," excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Our Flow Linen leg pants run a bit larger. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down.
Important: They will shrink in length after the first wash by about 4% (around 2cm) so take that into account when first trying them on!

Why we made these
There’s something special about the days when you slow down a little - wandering through a new city, spending hours on the road, relaxing at camp, or walking barefoot by the beach. We designed the Flow Linen Pants for exactly those moments.
We wanted a pair of pants that feels unbelievably comfortable from morning to night, with a lightweight, breathable fabric that keeps you cool and moves effortlessly with you. At the same time, we didn’t want to compromise on style. The relaxed wide-leg silhouette, soft drape, and clean details create an effortless, put-together look that works just as well for travel days and everyday wear as it does for laid-back outdoor moments.
