How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that this timeline does not apply to preorders.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For most European destinations, you can choose between Standard delivery via GLS or Express delivery via DHL. For orders destined for countries outside Europe, we exclusively offer DHL Express delivery.
For specific delivery timelines, please refer to the information provided below. Keep in mind that the delivery times mentioned are calculated in "business days," excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Personal Pick up
During our busy season from November 18 to December 8, local pick-ups will be available exclusively on Thursdays: November 21, November 28, and December 5. Please note that during this period, our showroom will be closed, and trying on products will be unavailable until December 8, 2024.
Starting December 8, pick-ups will be available on the regular schedule:

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy (valid between November 12th and December 31st, 2024)
We want to make holiday shopping hassle-free! That’s why we’ve extended our return period for the season. All purchases made between November 12, 2024, and December 31, 2024, qualify for an extended 60-day return or exchange period.
This means you’ll have even more time to ensure your gifts are perfect—or to make adjustments if needed! Our standard conditions for returns still apply.

Return Policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Our Breeze shorts are made from a quick-drying, durable fabric that offers complete freedom of movement. They feature an elastic knit waistband which brings a soft, stretchy and skin-friendly feeling while the main quick-drying fabric wicks away moisture in the summer sun.

We’re so sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the fit. We truly value this kind of feedback and always try to incorporate it into future product improvements.
I just wanted to clarify the part about exchanges/returns. I’m really sorry for any confusion about our return and exchange process. We do offer both exchanges for different sizes and full refunds. However, we do ask you to cover the cost of the return shipment. As a small company, we’re not quite able to provide free return shipping just yet.
The only exception to the rule for exchanges and refunds is if an items was sold as 'final sale'. Those items have a large discount and we cannot offer any exchanges and refunds. When this is the case, it is always prominently marked on the website.

Hlače so zelo lahke in ne ovirajo pri športnih aktivnostih.
I bought these shorts for running after they were advertised that they would not ride up no matter your size.
I'm a fairly standard size 12uk & 5"5". I've used them twice now and was immediately disappointed.
I also felt they were very unflattering on my mum tum, but a long top would sort that.
My issue though was they immediately rode up, to the point where it looked like I was basically just wearing nothing 💀 especially since I had worn a longer T-shirt because my conscious mum tum.....
Super disappointed and wouldn't recommend these for running or if your thighs meet.

Udobne, ravno prav raztegljive.
I ordered 3 different products, long leggings, biker short w pocket and these short in size Medium. All 3 were different in size, one was too big, leggings too long, biker too small. I sent my order back which was really easy on the website, and asked for exchange for this short in size Small. I got my shorts shortly after,plus the refund for the other 2 products. I was very happy with this size, it is very comfy, lightweight and love the print. Also happy w the easy service and refund. The sizes were a bit weird, but if they ca get that right, that all M products are same size, then the rest works well!
Najboljše kratke hlače tudi ko je zelo vroče. Super kroj za udobnost med aktivnostjo, zračne, pas se lepo prilega. Po mojih izkušnjah so številke malo večje, tako da sem vzela eno številko manjše da so mi ravno prav.
Izjemno lahke in udobne hlače za športat ali pa kar tako :). Kljub temu, da niso elastične, nikakor ne ovirajo gibanja in skoraj ne veš, da jih imaš na sebi. Poleg tega so ravno prav dolge/kratke in ostanejo na svojem mestu.
