How it all started

Our story

It might be hard to believe, but just 4 years ago Alpine Nation was a one-woman show. Hi, I'm Sandra, the founder of Alpine Nation.

Back in 2019, I got fed up of looking for outdoor clothing that combined three things:

  • was tailored to the female shape
  • looked good
  • was made from high quality technical materials.

I saw women out in the mountains wearing gym clothes, which combined the visual and feminine aspect, yet were lacking the technical features we need for outdoor activities. So, I decided to start my own brand of outdoor clothing tailored especially to the needs and wants of outdoor women.

    90% of our products are produced in small-scale factories in Europe using premium EU materials. We don't preach about sustainability, like most brands. We actually go out and do it.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping with a few exceptions. If your country doesn’t appear as an option at checkout, it unfortunately means we’re currently unable to deliver there. However, feel free to reach out to us directly—our team is happy to explore any potential delivery solutions for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, so your items get on their way to you as quickly as possible.

For most destinations, delivery takes between 2-5 days, though some remote areas may take a bit longer.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item you are not completely satisfied with. The items you wish to return must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and original packaging intact. Digital and physical gift cards cannot be returned. How do I return an item?

1. You can initiate your exchange or return by visiting our Return & Exchange Portal

In the Return & Exchange Portal, you will be guided step by step to choose the product you wish to return, select a new product, or choose a refund method. You will receive all the necessary information about how to send the products back. We will send you updates and instructions for your return or exchange via email. Please check your inbox, and if you don’t see it there, please also check your spam folder.

2. Pack the Items

Carefully pack the items you wish to return. You can use the original packaging, but please remember to remove the original label from the box or bag.

If you are sending the items back with a courier of your choice, please make sure to obtain a tracking number. This is the only way you will have evidence that you sent it back, and we can track your package if needed.

3. Processing Time

After you've sent back your items, please allow some time for us to process your return. We strive to handle all returns promptly, but there may be delays during busy periods. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your package in our warehouse. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your patience.
