How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that this timeline does not apply to preorders.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For most European destinations, you can choose between Standard delivery via GLS or Express delivery via DHL. For orders destined for countries outside Europe, we exclusively offer DHL Express delivery.
For specific delivery timelines, please refer to the information provided below. Keep in mind that the delivery times mentioned are calculated in "business days," excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

It's made from an innovative and sustainable Recycled Wool/synthetic blend fabric. The added synthetic fibres enhance the wool’s natural temperature regulation and moisture absorption properties. The fabric is brushed on the inside, making it pleasant to wear.

Care instructions: Wash cold at max 30 degrees celsius. Lay out to dry. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Nylon details: 85% Micro Polyamide, 15% Elastane
This garment includes pre-existing, post-consume materials, which have been recycled with innovative processes.
Since the hoody is made from wool, it will shrink a bit after the first wash, so don't worry if it's a bit loose when you first try it on.
