How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that this timeline does not apply to preorders.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
For most European destinations, you can choose between Standard delivery via GLS or Express delivery via DHL. For orders destined for countries outside Europe, we exclusively offer DHL Express delivery.
For specific delivery timelines, please refer to the information provided below. Keep in mind that the delivery times mentioned are calculated in "business days," excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Personal Pick up
During our busy season from November 18 to December 8, local pick-ups will be available exclusively on Thursdays: November 21, November 28, and December 5. Please note that during this period, our showroom will be closed, and trying on products will be unavailable until December 8, 2024.
Starting December 8, pick-ups will be available on the regular schedule:

Holiday Return and Exchange Policy (valid between November 12th and December 31st, 2024)
We want to make holiday shopping hassle-free! That’s why we’ve extended our return period for the season. All purchases made between November 12, 2024, and December 31, 2024, qualify for an extended 60-day return or exchange period.
This means you’ll have even more time to ensure your gifts are perfect—or to make adjustments if needed! Our standard conditions for returns still apply.

Return Policy
We try our hardest to make the best products possible and to make every customer happy. If we fall short and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days (from the day you received your order) to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The items you wish to return must not be worn, washed or damaged and must be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions (have stains, signs of use, have been washed, have odour or any other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Material: 30% Merino wool, 70% Acrylic
Care: Wool products require special care. Wash your sweater as infrequently as possible.
Merino wool fabrics are delicate and can easily be ripped by zippers, straps, hooks, long nails, etc.
- Machine wash cold (ideally on wool program, gentle spin) and line dry.
- Stretch out immediately after taking out of washing machine - we recommend you put it on quickly before laying out to dry.
- Wash in laundry bag with wool detergent.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Wash with like colors.
